Mitsubishi Motors Launches Humanoid Robot Production: Kyoto Plant and 2027 Plans
🏭 Mitsubishi Motors has announced the start of humanoid robot production. Mass launch is scheduled for 2027 at the plant in Kyoto.
🤖 Robots will be equipped with 5-fingered grippers and will be able to lift up to 3 kg. Production of up to 1,000 units per month is planned.
🚀 Initially, robots will work at Mitsubishi plants, but they are also planned for use in logistics and rescue operations.
